How Do I Make An Order?

Just click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your shipping and payment details. Either enter your credit card details to pay for your chosen items or we also offer other payment options.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Lush Locks - By Lee accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout: Visa & Mastercard
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay & Union Pay.
• Afterpay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

In case you are looking for a particular piece that you cannot find on our website, We may be able to specially order a piece for you. It may take up to three weeks depending on the manufacturer. Send us an email with your requirements and we will see what we can do for you.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

• Economy Tracked (3-5 days) - $10.50

Australia

• Courier (4-8 working days) - $31.99
• Economy Tracked (5-10 working days) - $18.99
• Express (target 1-5 working days) - $59.00

India

• Economy Tracked (10-21 working days) - $28.00

Rest of World

• Courier Express (3-7 working days) - $65.00
• Economy Tracked (5-15 working days) - $39.00

Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed.

We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Most orders take 3-15 days, depending on your location it may take longer. Please contact us if you haven't received your order in 21 days if you are located overseas.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

Can I Return My Items?

All WIGS are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

For all other items our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a return or refund.

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
