Lush Locks by Lee offers free worldwide shipping on wig orders.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Lush Locks by Lee cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address being supplied.

Processing & Dispatch
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product ordered.

Ready to Ship items are in stock and will generally be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Express Range wigs generally ship within 7–10 business days.

Preorder wigs are individually made and generally require 20–30 business days before dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may occasionally vary.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

International Orders
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges that may be imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order and are outside the control of Lush Locks by Lee.

Delivery delays
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside my direct control. While I am always happy to assist with tracking enquiries, courier or customs delays can occasionally occur.
